An Olympic Airways aircraft parked beside us while we don't some pre-flight checks.

The airport is about 30km southeast of Athens. So after taking off, we turn towards the capital and find ourselves face to face with...

...the Acropolis! It's a hilltop fortress built 2500 years ago. The temple of Parthenon is on top of the hill.

Flyling over Aegean waters...

... and landing in about an hour's time at Tirana. Here are a couple of Albanian Airlines planes at the parking lot.
