Today's trip is longer than usual. We travel across featureless flat lands
for a few hours, and then the route takes us over two waterways. The first
one is the Gulf of Aqaba which leads to the Red Sea. The other side of
the gulf is Egypt.
The second body of water we fly over is the Suez Gulf. You can see the
Suez
Canal above. The same Frenchman
who envisoned the Suez Canal tackled the Panama Canal as well. There is
really water in this guy's blood!

Air and other assorted aircraft at the gates.
